This day is celebrated every 210 days and always falls on a Saturday.
The first task on this day is to clean and polish the Keris, the dagger of the temple which was one of the objects that are made of metal and a weapon used in battles.
Many of these daggers or specials Keris were so important and they are even considered as spiritual objects that are holy with great magical powers.
Weapons made of steel were the main highlight at the beginning of this ceremony like Keris daggers, swords or spears but through the time it involved other objects made of metal such as cars and metal gadgets.
Balinese people gather together to perform the ceremony and worship all their metals, which reminds them to sharpen their soul, mind, and hearts to fight against the evil.
